Join the Spring Rolling Series

The Spring Series is Live!

Take foam rolling class every Thursday night for 5 weeks starting May 9th. Foam rolling as a regular practice can regulate the nervous system, improve sleep, treat aches and pains and empower you with a deep sense of body awareness. Take the challenge to roll with us once a week for all 5 weeks! Here are the details:

  • Class is at Studio Vita, 6034 College Avenue, Oakland and also offered on Zoom.

  • This series is limited to only 10 in-person participants.

  • Classes start at 7:15pm and run for 60 minutes.

  • Bring your own roller. Recommendations here.

  • Passes for the entire series go on sale April 1st

  • If available, drop-in passes will go on sale May 1st
